Are you Burned out?

My regular job has me working with high-tech technology and the pace of the work has been brutal my peace of mind is on a down slope. I need a real vacation one that allows me to leave the laptop, cell phone and any paperwork at home. But with the pace of things going on this is not going to happen anytime soon. It turns out that my situation is not much different than many others. I read a article today on Burn-out and can tell that I am not alone in this situation. [Star Tribune]
