Does the Internet make you a Smarter Shopper

Go ahead slap your forehead again. I know it is a dumb headline but guess what there is a new survey that has been released that is even dumber. “Does The Internet Encourage Disloyalty?” this is in reference to items you used to buy from the same manufacture to what you buy know because you have became a informed consumer. They have some interesting statistics but I think anyone that has been on the net more than 5 minutes understands that when people have a bad/good experience with a product that write about it someplace on the net and the search engines index that info and you can get product reviews from regular consumers. But if you want to see what they have dug up check the article out. If nothing else companies need to be smarter when rolling out new products as Joe & Jane Consumer are not dimwits. [Internet.com]
