Bootleg CD’s are they really to Blame

I have to agree with a article on Ars Technica seems that the RIAA has targeted P2P networks and the users that use them but have they strolled through a flea market or visited a music store overseas. Bootlegging is rampant everywhere and if you can buy a bootleg CD for $5.00 versus a industry produced CD at $19.95 tell me which on your going to buy. [Ars Technica]
