Not a deal? Who pays your phone bill? The average phone bill ranges from $75-100/month. $35/month is a great deal, if you can get by with the limitations of VOIP vs. phone.
Considering my cell phone has free long distance and that we do not use the home phone that much anymore my basic telephone bill is about $25.00 a month. I like most people I know use the cell for long distance $35.00 to replace my landline is not that good of a deal.
