RIAA gets SBC case move to District of Columbia

In what can only be described as a death spike being driven into a case the SBC action against the RIAA has been moved to the District of Columbia where the RIAA has had major success in it’s terror campaign against 13 yr old girls and single mom’s in it’s litigation actions to sue anyone that shares MP3’s [ZDnet]
