My old faithful answering machine is a dinosaur and I had to re-record my message on it this morning for about the 1000th time and I got to thinking maybe it is time for a modern answering machine that has some smarts so I don’t have to listen to my wifes messages and vis versa. Kind of a coincident that I run across an article about building a better answering machine. The concept goes out on a limb quite a ways and I am not sure I want that much information revealed to a caller about what I am up to but it is something to think about. [Eric Benson]
