Pop-Up ad Spammer fights FCC

The very unethical company D Squared Solutions is suing the FCC after the FCC shut them down for sending unsolicited ads to users via a flaw in Messenger. Personally I hope this lawsuits gets thrown out in court. Any company that forces it’s product on a unsuspecting audience and especially via a persons personally owner computer needs to be smashed.
