Looking for a website designer

Do you work with Movable Type do you create skins/templates. Messages out to this sites original designer have went unanswered, not at all sure why but I am in need of someone creative to do some design work for me on another site. I am happy to pay, I am not at all artistic in nature thus the more graphically inclined you are the better.

I keep smacking myself for not staying up to speed with CSS and not learning how to program especially PHP and utilizing MySQL etc it sure would have made things easier.

One of my partners, is a tremendous graphic designer, who designs ad copy, magazine advertisements, postcards, mailers and other print projects, as well as web graphics, layout and design.
