Broadband Tiers and Caps in the News Again

Seems a European study shows that most broadband users would not get very upset if broadband companies set tiers on speeds and total monthly traffic. I personally would be pissed if someone tried to impose a tiered service on me. We will see what happens. [Techdirt]
