A New Jersey woman who has been charged with file swapping by the RIAA, brought out the big guns and has countersued the big record labels. She is charging them with extortion and violations of the federal racketeering act.
Hopefully the court will not dismiss the charges and force the RIAA into court where all of this dirty laundry can be aired. [CNet]
