The Difference between Business and Coach On United

Posted by geeknews at 6:43 PM on April 9, 2004

I used some frequent flyer miles to upgrade from Coach to Business on my flight to Japan yesterday. I usually fly Coach as it helps save the company money and on short hauls it is just a waste of cash but that 10 hour flight had me cringing of sitting in coach.

As a frequent flyer I have experience monthly exposure to the attitudes of flight crew’s from many Airlines. I can say this without reservation when you sit in coach you are generally treated like the scum of the earth and when you site business you get treated like a human being. United Business service was simply outstanding and I am going to have to re-think flying coach so much after all it is nice to be treated like a human being.
