There was no conspiracy to distort the facts as your comment implies. <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> The former request for donation said a lot, but most importantly it closed with "But by giving as much as you think the program is worth, you ensure that we can keep making Movable Type better, and we are thankful for your support." The community felt it was worth less then 50 cents which is not enough to continue on let alone run a business. I have 12 blogs and over 20 users. From what it looks like, that kind of license is something I can't afford. I'm willing to pay, just not that much.
