Now let's hope they don't bury it under so much red tape that is becomes impossible to access. If they recognize industry certified training schools (I.E. Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers) and allow the industry to determine which schools qualify to provide this training then it will be successful. If the parameters are limited to only educational institutions with college or university accreditations it will limit the effectiveness of the program. This is an outstanding piece of legislation.
