Companies pre-screen employee candidates with computers

There is a growing trend that companies that see a high-turnover rate in employee’s are trying to cut the churn rate and are using computer generated questionnaires that pre-qualify a candidate automatically and pre-ranks them before getting a interview.

Well I can see a new cottage industry springing up that will help people beat those computer generated questionnaires. [eWeek]

    Racial profiling sucks… but it did get me a shorter line in the Airport. Just because I wasnt an Arab, I got the short line. That time it was for my benefit, but you never know…
