I am one of those. I started in web development back in the early 90's. Went into it part time as my own business, then got hired on by a company for a full time web developer. It took me three years to realize I just wasnt cut out to be a developer! My system engineer side came back out and I've found my niche now :) I do have a friend who I consider a Sierra Hotel web developer who might be willing to give you a hand.
