RIAA wants the FCC to control all digital music

Well if Disney and the RIAA have their way and strong arm the FCC once again, all digital music will have a broadcast flag embedded in the signal. This not only effects the signal but will force manufactures to put chips in the receiving devices so that you can no longer record music being sent over the open airways. [EFF]
