NASA probe Genesis hits earth at 190 mph

NASA’s Genesis probe that re-entered the atmosphere today had a major malfunction when the parachute did not deploy. The probe hit the ground at 190 Mph and scientist fear the entire experiment may have been lost. [ZDNet]
