Most of the artists I link to on my site are independent musicians who I’m sure would give you permission if you just sent them an email and asked. Thats at Zero Transmission (http://zerotrans.blogspot.com). Also I host a netlabel only radio show called Squares Cubed (http://www.squarescubed.com) that features mostly Creative Commons/NetAudio music and again most artists would be glad to get the exposure on your poscast. Also check the following sites that list many netlabel sites with tonnes of links to independent artists:
