A new day brings another Class Action Lawsuit to the technology front. This time Dell is being named by a California firm for a bait and switch tactic on their low price systems and for allegedly replacing parts that you order with cheaper parts. Dell was accused of advertising a high profile, low price system and when you call to purchase it, they tell you it’s no longer available at that price, or just no longer available at any price.
If I’m not careful, GeekNewsCentral will get a class action suit for promising to bring you Tech News and giving you all this legal mumble jumble.
