I just read an amazing piece from Dan Gillmor this is the second issue in recent days that I have become aware of were apple customers are calling them to task. This is surprising and a tell tale signs that Apple may be starting to slip when it comes to hardware.
It is one thing to have these nice pretty machines but it is another when they do not work completely as advertised, and especially irritating to loyal customers when Apple basically blows their fan base off.
Sounds to me like Apple is having some of the same pains quite a few Windows PC vendors have dealt with in recent past. [Dan Gillmor]

Todd,
Hey bro, your hidden hatred of Apple is becoming more obvious everyday. You must spend all day looking for a negative snip or comment against apple..
What about the big story of the day, http://www.macworld.com/news/2005/08/15/rss/index.php?lsrc=mwrss
Remember when Apple changed the RSS tags a little in iTunes, you were screaming the world had come to an end.. now Microsoft wants to the same thing and you never mention it. Even your buddy Dave Winer is calling them to task.
Do I have to start putting up a bunch of anti-microsoft stories everyday again to balance you out?
