Disabled Oregon Woman to fight the RIAA

Nice to see someone step up and fight the actions of the RIAA. Having just read the summary of here counter suit this should be an interesting battle. I would love to see the documents that they are able to obtain from the RIAA in their discovery process. I hope they also get a judge that will give this a fair hearing.
