Police called in to Investigate Sony on Rootkit

Looks like in Italy some people are not very happy with Sony. It appears Sony may be facing some legal issues surrounding the breaking of the publics trust. [www.smarthouse.com.au]

    Now this is a cool story!! A lot of companies have been pushing it just a little too far with the EULA. I mean in normal life it would be a crime for companies to do some of the things software companies are doing. Thats why i have been slowly replacing most of my desktop apps with open source versions. The last thing i need is companies using my precious bandwidth to call home!!
