You never admit that your weak you simply change your message, focus on what is good and work like crazy to fix what is broken. For Yahoo to admit publicly that they have been beat by Google in the world of search. This is a slap in the face to all the hard workers at Yahoo, can you imagine your boss coming in and saying we have lost the battle and we are going to give up. If I were the CEO that person would be fired and escorted from the building with every existing security guard.
