The RSS Platform provides a feed store and sync engine that auto-downloads enclosures which are accessible to applications. <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> Within the feed reading experience in IE7, users can access the downloaded files either through clicking on individual enclosures within the feed view, or opening the folder of enclosures (from the properties dialog, click the "view" button) in an explorer. <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> In the future, we anticipate applications taking advantage of the RSS Platform to enable scenarios like podcasting, photo/video-casting to dealing with documents, contacts, calendar events, etc. <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> We'll be posting more information about this in the coming days on: <a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/rssteam/" rel="nofollow"><a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/rssteam/" rel="nofollow">http://blogs.msdn.com/rssteam/</a></a> <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> I just want to clarify that IE7 Beta 2 Preview does have enclosure support.
