Crazy thing Scientist Will do!

Back in the day scientist were really willing to think outside the box. Seems a particular group of scientist thought it would be a good idea to put up our own ring around the earth. What the put in space is simply going to amaze you and I can bet has over the years caused weird things to happen without anyone really knowing why. You will have to read it to believe it.
