These folks in my opinion truly don’t get it, apparently on “James Governor’s MonkChips” blog they requested formally that he take a “LINK” down from his site to not point at a specific URL so the key here is now companies are submitting cease and desist letters for linking to something that is on a public website.
Pure stupidity on Gartner’s Vendor Relations someone over there needs to be fired for not having a clue. [www.redmonk.com]
