Some of you will probably laugh at that headline, but it is the title to a press release that Microsoft put on the street today. The statement contains a list of principles that the company is going to live by in its ongoing desire to bolster the companies image and business practices. Here is a lead sentence to the tenet number five that surprised me the most.
“Business terms. Microsoft will not retaliate against any computer manufacturer that supports non-Microsoft software.”
