GoDaddy has increased Storage and Bandwidth on share hosting Plans

Posted by geeknews at 2:48 PM on August 2, 2006

I received a message from the Folks at GoDaddy.com today that they have increased the shared hosting plans storage and bandwidth allowances. Looking at the new numbers they are pretty darn impressive. On a 2 year contract you can get 200 GB of storage and 2000 GB of web traffic for $11.99 a month. That is a great deal, combine that with the promo code Geek5 and you can get the cost down to 10.16 a month. What an amazing deal. [GoDaddy.com]

Todd, I think anyone visiting your blog or listening to your show knows that GoDaddy pays you to plug them. I’m still waiting to hear just how exactly GoDaddy will save me money over Blogger.com or WordPress.com. Both services are absolutely free. You don’t even have to enter in any special codes. They are free. How is GoDaddy cheaper then something that is free?
