		<description>In the ISP liability issue, please don&#039;t forget that there are alot of people who download stuff overnight.  I personnally download alot of podcasts using clients that are left unatended.  If my ISP saw a lot of traffic from me at two or three in the morning, how would they know that I was doing what I was supposed to be doing and not taken over by a bot system?
