I've been getting packages delivered to me on a regular basis (about 10 a month) for the past 9 years. I've lived in apartments this whole time and I can't remember when I've ever missed a package. I've even moved a few times with no problems...until now. I've been fortunate enough to save money to buy a condo. I've had packages continue to be sent to the new address. The service was spotless for a year. But apparently since my move in, my place was "tagged" as a risky drop point in the last year and now after YEARS of getting great service I must pick up my packages at the call center. Every package. I've called to complain a number of times but no one except the customer service lady wants to solve my problem. My complaints are the same as anyones (drivers not leaving notices, no drop off, etc.) Either way, my problems are not resolved and will more than likely will never be resolved. It's been about a year now and everyone that sends anything to me has been told that if they want any response out of me — ship using any service but UPS. I will randomly get UPS notices stuck to my mailbox but I refuse to go to the call center to pick it up. The product gets sent back to the company and the company call me to hear my complaints and resends the product a different way. Dear UPS. You used to be good. Now I'm hoping for something other than "brown".
