Well the announcement that YouTube has handed over user information to Fox should be a wake up call for everyone that is uploading copyrighted material onto the site.
It’s all fun and games until the person serving one with a lawsuit arrives at the front door and one has to go out and hire a lawyer to defend every last asset one has.
I would not want to be on the receiving end of a lawsuit from any company let alone Fox. TechCrunch
