Honestly, if TW, Comcast and all the other providers all decided to do this, where would you go? Would you stop paying for broadband? Of course not, you've become accustomed to the luxury. I think it's only a matter of time until all broadband providers start charging this way. <span class="mt-export2wp"></span> Personally, I think the people who are going to get really taken by this are the grandma and grandpas who get a trojan on their system that starts spreading spam all over the place. Hit them with a $400 bill (like the iPhone users that got taken when they went to Europe) and because they don't know any better they will just pay it.
