		<description>I&#039;m surprised they haven&#039;t already done this to everyone.  Honestly, if TW, Comcast and all the other providers all decided to do this, where would you go?  Would you stop paying for broadband?  Of course not, you&#039;ve become accustomed to the luxury.  I think it&#039;s only a matter of time until all broadband providers start charging this way.

Personally, I think the people who are going to get really taken by this are the grandma and grandpas who get a trojan on their system that starts spreading spam all over the place.  Hit them with a $400 bill (like the iPhone users that got taken when they went to Europe) and because they don&#039;t know any better they will just pay it.
