Are you glad it won't go through. Personally I'm fairly pleased, I kind of like Yahoo on its own. I think Microsoft will be fine if they concentrate on their core products. They have a fine web presence on their own. I'm beginning to have a slimy feeling about Google though, a little to big for their own good. If they start handling Yahoo search I wonder if the justice department or the EU will take notice or are they still buying the "do no Evil" nonsense. They are a public company, they'll do what they can to maximize profits, they will do no evil until it costs them revenue or eyeballs. Like for instance, in China, maybe.
