I use Feedburner because it's a portable address. If I ever have to move my podcast to a different domain it's much easier to update my Feedburner account than making sure I have specified the correct redirects in the RSS feed or .htaccess file on the previous server. I've had to do it twice and neither time it was it very pretty. Also, most people subscribe to podcasts via iTunes, Zune or some other podcatcher. These applications don't see Feedburner's branding so why not take advantage of the free service?
