It's apparently been a standard part of GNOME Power Manager for the last three years! The battery lists are kept under /usr/share/hal. So tell all your friends: Linux kicks everything else's arse in customer service! I asked around. It’s apparently been a standard part of GNOME Power Manager for the last three years!
