Posted by geeknews at 2:05 AM on January 14, 2010

To date when you have purchased a LED HDTV the screen is made up of thousands of Red, Green and Blue LED’s. Today when you purchase a Sharp AQUOS Quad-Pixel LED HDTV the TV will contain thousands of LED’s that contain Red, Green, Blue & Yellow which results in a simply amazing picture.

Comparing a older three pixel LED HDTV to the new Quad-Pixel series the differences are dramatic. Quad-Pixel technology is exclusive of Sharp. You would expect the Yellow’s to be brighter and they were and the overall image of the AQUOS LED HDTV was simply amazing.
