CD Copy Protection

As reported in the news at The register Defeat music cd copy protection with felt-tip pen. Simply cover up the outer track to disable the protection, allowing a disc to be played as normal in a PC or Mac. On copy protected discs this outer track is corrupted, which prevents copying, or even playback, by PCs but is ignored by regular CD players.
