I have been hearing rumblings all over the place about cable companies poising to put a cap on amount of data you download and if you go over to charge you more. I knew these assholes would do this at some point. I am a power user and my download megabyte count per month is significant. I am not a heavy uploader but this plan will effect a lot of people.
