Secret Tunnels in Tokyo

I travel a great deal in Japan and understand there culture well. I have spent several months in Japan every year for the pas 20 years thus this story is very interesting. Believe me Japanese can be very discreet and this story really makes me wonder what they are hiding. [Japan Times On-line]
