FCC Adopts MPAA broadcast flag

There goes the neighborhood I personally think that by forcing this the FCC will essentially eliminate the fair use standard, now I may be wrong and the Slashdot writer seems to think that this is not going to affect fair use and should allow people to still record programs. I am not so sure with HDTV the fear or piracy will continue to rise. I need to get a better handle on this before I comment more but look forward to some insight from some of you that are more up to speed on this decision. [Slashdot]
