Optima sues Roxio

Optima a company I have never heard is suing Roxio for patent infringement. They supposedly hold a patent on a CD burning method that has been widely adopted. This appears to me to be another case of a company trying to get rich of the backs of other companies hard work. What will be interesting to see is how long they have actually held the patent and if they have utilized the method in any of their products. [ZDNet]
