5.9ghz Public Safety Spectrum Rules

It will not be long before out vehicles are communicating with one-another. The FCC has released the rules on how the 5.9ghz spectrum is to be used. I would bet though that as vehicles become smarter so will police agencies that ultimately could use the embedded signal to determine how fast we are driving etc. So the days of having a speeding ticket issued electronically is not that far off.
