Spyware vendors under attack

There has been some reporting that some Spyware companies have been paying for pop-up ad's that if read buy the un-educated would scare the consumer into buying anti-spyware software. Not to mention some of the vendors selling anti-spyware software are in fact rogue programs that install there own spying programs and call home. [ZDNet]
