Lindows trademark lawsuit gains some ground

Microsoft has been after Lindows ever since the company started re-selling Linux on there own branded computers and software. They won a small ruling in their favor today where the judge gave the jury some instructions on how to interpret the trademark Windows. [ZDNet]
