It is being deduced that the Beagle author released the source code so that if he was caught he can claim that the source code is available on the net to help divert attention away from him. What is also interesting is the code is written in pure assembler proving this was no amateur. Expect a significant number variants of the Beagle worm to be on the loose soon. [ZDNet]
