Cable Installer burns down home after faulty Install

I have what is known as a smart home network, phone, fiber etc in every room. This house is truly wired we wanted it that way. When it came time to hook it up to the rest of the world we had a contract cable installer come in. He was not very happy with me trailing him all over the place. But when he found was having 10baseT problems and I pulled out my network analyzer he kinda opened up. He was one of the few installers that I have had that had a clue and wasn't just being paid minimum wage that had just finished a 8 hour indoc class.

But it seems a family out east had the worst experience one could imagine. The installer burned their condo down. [Techdirt] [turnto10]
