What is Techdirt InfoAdvisor?

I found a referal in my logs today that pointed me at a web login page, that was titled "TechDirt InfoAdvisor". Is techdirt sampling the web for specific information they are looking for to build information for stories or what does that site do. If anyone has the scoop on this I am very interested in what that service is or does?
