Apple iTunes team communicates with Podcasters

I about fell out of my chair this morning when i actually got some correspondence from a real person at Apple in regards to podcasting support in iTunes. They provided links to a forum area and also a new technical document with some new tags they have added.

But what blows my mind is that the directory in iTunes is still messed up and they have not responded to dozens of request to fix category listings and curb the abuse that is taking place in the directory. Nice first step to send a mass mailing out. We will see if anyone is brave enough to venture into the Forum area.
