Blockbuster is not following Netflix in Throttling

If you consume DVD's like crazy with either of these services be prepared to suffer the wrath of delayed mailing and not getting what you want on time. Seems both of these companies don't care for consumers that are exchanging more than what they consider to be a fair share. My wife and I consume 10-12 movies a month and because we are in Hawaii, I don't think we are seeing slow downs yet. But those of you that live in the Continental United States have seen throttling applied to your accounts.

Personally It still cheaper than Pay for View and going out to the movies. [Motley Fool]
