If you consume DVD's like crazy with either of these services be prepared to suffer the wrath of delayed mailing and not getting what you want on time. Seems both of these companies don't care for consumers that are exchanging more than what they consider to be a fair share. My wife and I consume 10-12 movies a month and because we are in Hawaii, I don't think we are seeing slow downs yet.
