Blogging Full Disclosure and Truth in Advertising

I say this on a regular basis on this site, but wanted to remind everyone so you know where I am coming from, I will always disclose if I am being paid to blog, have been given a product to review, I will never accept money, products or exchange of services without disclosing if a financial relationship exist.

Bloggers who are getting paid to blog about something better come forward and make it clear they are getting paid to promote a company, because god help you when the rest of the blogging community finds out you have been deceiving us, and your readers. Companies wanting to build brand awareness should always follow the Paid to Blog model Marqui did in 2005 and have 100% full disclosure. [www.edleman.com]
